Marketianz operates from India as an individual business entity. These Terms apply to all users who access or purchase services from our website.

• Our subscriptions and digital services are available to both individuals and businesses.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Each subscription is for a single user or entity only.
• Users must not misuse, copy, resell, or distribute our tools and services without prior written permission.
• Services must not be used for illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities.

• All services are available on a prepaid basis. Payment must be made in full before service activation.
• Subscriptions are provided for a fixed duration. Once expired, the customer must purchase a new subscription to continue.

• Marketianz follows a strict No Cancellation policy once services have been activated.
• Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the service has not yet been activated or processed.
• Refunds are only issued in the case of:
  • Duplicate payments, or
  • If Marketianz is unable to deliver the purchased service due to technical or operational limitations.
• Once a digital service has been provisioned (including access credentials, campaign setup, or account linking), no refunds or cancellations are possible.

All content, tools, and services provided by Marketianz remain the intellectual property of Marketianz. They may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or resold without prior written permission.

Marketianz is not responsible for:

• Business losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages
• Service downtime or interruptions beyond our control
• Misuse of our services by users

Our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without notice if:

• The user violates these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• Payment or account misuse issues occur

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
