Cancellation Policy

At Marketianz, all digital service purchases are considered final once activated.
However, we do allow a limited cancellation window in the following case:

  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, and
  • The service or subscription has not yet been activated, processed, or delivered.

⚠️ Important: Once a service has been set up (for example, login credentials shared, subscription activated, account configured, or campaigns initiated), the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances:

  • If a customer has made an accidental duplicate payment, or
  • If Marketianz is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen technical or operational limitations.


In such cases, the refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame.
No refunds are available once the service has been successfully delivered or activated.

Service Access & Delivery

  • All Marketianz offerings are digital in nature, meaning there is no physical shipping involved.
  • Access details for tools, dashboards, subscription, or campaigns are generally provided via email or secure online portals within 24 working hours of payment confirmation.
  • Actual timelines for service activation may vary depending on the type and scope of the subscription or package chosen.
  • In the event of technical issues or delays, our support team will work with you promptly to ensure smooth access.
  • On rare occasions where a service cannot be delivered, Marketianz reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
